BIRTH DOULA SERVICES
You are the expert of your own body and birth. As your doula, I am there to provide calm, confident support through education, natural pain management & comfort measures, emotional comfort, and skilled bodywork. I offer continuous, uninterrupted emotional, physical, educational and pain management support through the birth process. I am a professional care provider who understands and trusts the process of birth, who respects its physical and emotional aspects, and who facilitates the birth experience for parents/guardians, baby and primary care providers.
I offer exceptional birth doula services in the Denver Metro area for all families. I will work with you to understand your birth vision and preferences, and support all the choices you make regarding your birth. My massage therapy background gives me a unique perspective on natural pain management during birth, and I often incorporate bodywork into my doula practice.

$800 – Mama Jane’s Premium Birth Support Package
Two prenatal appointments
– Discuss birth vision & preferences and postpartum preparations
– Practice birth positions, massage and rebozo techniques
– Provide any requested pregnancy, birth and postpartum resources
– One reflexology birth preparation session (if needed)
Duration of birth + up to 3 hours postpartum
– Provide uninterrupted, continuous emotional and educational support throughout birth
– Assist with coping strategies and natural pain management support
– Provide labor massage and/or reflexology and assist partner in labor massage
– Initial breastfeeding support
– Dropping off placenta to be encapsulated (if needed)
One postpartum appointment
– Process birth and put together birth timeline
– Breastfeeding support
– Light housekeeping, pet care, child care, etc. as requested
– Resources and referrals

– Two 90-minute massages at my office in Arvada
– Two reflexology induction sessions (if needed)
Duration of birth + up to 3 hours postpartum

One postpartum appointment within one week of birth
– Everything offered in Premium Birth Support Package
– One 90-minute postpartum massage for client’s who had a vaginal birth
One Infant Massage lesson at 4 weeks postpartum
– One 90-minute postpartum massage for clients who had a Cesarean birth
$600 – Mama Jane’s Return Clients Package
One prenatal appointment
– Everything offered in Premium Birth Support Package
– One 90-minute massage
– One reflexology birth preparation session (if needed)

All Doula Packages Also Include:
– Availability for phone, text and email communication with Liz regarding pregnancy, birth and postpartum questions or concerns starting at the signing of the contract
– Access to Mama Jane’s library – includes variety of books on pregnancy, birth, postpartum and babies
– All doula clients can schedule extra bodywork for themselves and one person in household at discounted rate.
Prices are good from signing of the contract until 6 months postpartum:
Massage:
– $60 for 60 minutes (reg. $75)
– $80 for 90 minutes (reg. $100)
– $100 for 120 minutes (reg. $125)
Reflexology:
– $20 for 30 minute add-on to any massage (reg. $25)
– $40 for 60 minutes (reg. $50)
Hot Stone Add-on:
– $20 added to any treatment (reg.$25)
Payment plans are available for doula packages. Mama Jane Massage accepts cash, check, or credit card through Square and PayPal for payment.
