Reflexology

REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is a type of Eastern medicine bodywork based on the theory that all parts of the body can be addressed in pressure points of the feet and hands. Reflexology brings deep relaxation and balance to the body, and can be used as a non-invasive way to treat health conditions.

Reflexology may be a good fit for you if:

  • You suffer from chronic foot pain
  • You don’t enjoy traditional full body massage
  • You have recently had a surgery – reflexology can be done immediately after most surgeries (I have to wait at least four weeks after most surgeries for a full-body massage)
  • You love to have your feet rubbed!
