I am passionate about empowered families who are educated about their pregnancy and birth options. I trust that every parent is capable of making the choices necessary to have a happy & healthy pregnancy, birth and parenthood.
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in fertility, prenatal, labor, postpartum and infant massage. I am also a Birth Doula and Certified Reflexologist. Basically I love all things bodywork as it relates to fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, babies and uterine health!
I graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2008 and received an Advanced Certification in Prenatal, Labor and Postpartum Massage in 2009 from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. I attended my first birth in 2009 and I have been a birth doula since 2012. I love incorporating bodywork into my doula practice – from teaching clients how to massage (and love) their own bellies, massaging my clients prenatally and postpartum, teaching my client’s partners how to do birth massage, preparing my clients’ bodies for birth with reflexology or teaching new parents how to massage their babies.
Inspired by my experiences offering prenatal and postpartum massage and energy work, working as a doula, and my training with the Arvigo Institute, I offer Uterine-Centered Massage for Reproductive Health. It can address a variety of issues including difficulty conceiving, painful or irregular periods, PMS, menopause symptoms, incontinence, endometriosis, PCOS and much more!
Although my specialty is uterine health, birth & bodywork, I have worked on any and all types of clients, by providing massage that integrates deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, neuromuscular and sports techniques. I love working on clients with chronic pain, because I love seeing the results my clients receive.

I am a Denver native, and I currently live in Golden, CO with my handsome and talented husband Andrew, my step-daughter Phoenix, and my son Harrison (I’m pregnant with him in the photo to the right.) After a lifetime of being a cat person they have converted me into an almost-dog person with our chihuahua mix Lily and mastiff Maple. My little family are the loves of my life!
Mama Jane Massage & Doula Services is named after my beautiful and kind mother (her name is Linda but my sister and I call her Mama Jane, which is her middle name.) She is the funniest, most loving person I know, and everyday she shows me of the power of a mother’s love.
